Entry is via a north entrance on Gay Street south of E. Saratoga St or a south entrance on Gay Street north of E. Baltimore St, both with security checkpoints. Weapons, mace, outside food and drink, backpacks and large bags are barred, with exceptions for small clear bags holding medical supplies.

- TravelDowntown road closures around War Memorial Plaza on Saturday
Baltimore City DOT will implement temporary closures and detours on portions of Gay, Baltimore, Saratoga, Lexington and Fayette streets for the festival. Drivers are advised to allow extra time and follow posted detour signs.
