Columbus has closed several downtown streets for the festival, including Civic Center Drive from Main to Noble, Rich/Main Street between Washington Boulevard and Ludlow, and Second, Jewett and Noble streets, through 6 a.m. Sept. 6. Allow extra time for parking and access to the Scioto Mile.
