Back in September, Arcade Fire performed at Austin City Limits festival and the full, hour-long video of their show can now be viewed over on the PBS website. The Festivalist brings you a twenty minute taste of the segment below, featuring AF favourites from three of their albums like 'Keep the Car Running' and 'Haiti'.
The most endearing thing about the Grammy Award-winning band though is their confession during a short interview at the end of the performance:
"We're still a bunch of weirdo artists from Montreal that somehow have made it kind of somewhat big…but we never really stop feeling like artists."
Humility, mad musical skills and a down-to-earth attitude: is there anything wrong with these guys?! Oh yeah, and to unwind the band enjoy cooking, gardening and playing basketball…just your average guys and girls next door.
