Beyoncé launches remix contest

We don't know if it's post-natal bliss or her hubby's Grammy nomination for Best Rap Album (Jay Z is nominated for his Watch The Throne collab with Kanye), but something's got Beyoncé in a giving spirit. The singer and proud mum of Blue Ivy Carter (a name the songstress and her man reportedly plan to trademark) has just launched a remix contest which sees four thousand smackers up for grabs. 

One half of hip-hop's most influential power couple, Beyoncé is giving fans the chance to remix her drumline-driven track 'End of Time'. The winning remix will not only land one lucky person a tidy sum, but will possibly even feature on Beyoncé's mysterious upcoming release.
